Positive changes to the CCH Returns Policy

No longer will you need to lodge a Request to Return with CCH before returning books. It is now as simple as:

1.      Download the returns form
2.      Photocopy as many return forms as needed
3.      Insert one copy of the return form into each box/es of books
4.      Return to our warehouse at: Gate 1 76 Nelson Street, Maryborough, Victoria 3465. To download the CCH returns label please click here.

Think of the time this will save!  You will no longer have to wait for your Returns Request to be processed by CCH.  As soon as the books are received at our warehouse and the paperwork forwarded to Head Office your credit will be processed.
